Parties are on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book, the more likely you are to get the date and time you want.
The Game coach will arrive 15 minutes before your event time. Please make sure the parking area for the mobile game theater is ready. We will not extend your event time if the parking area is not secure
Parents are welcome to join, but our game coach will supervise the entire event for you
Gamers can choose from a variety of the newest games for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox series X, and Atari?
We have a variety of games in for all content ratings, and we are always adding new games. A listing of games is available on the trailer, or can be made available at your request. Gamers are not allowed to bring their own games for play.

We come out in rain, snow, or extreme heat. The mobile game theater is climate controlled! As long as the road conditions are safe, we will be able to provide you with service.
We are mobile and self powered so we are capable of having your event at a park. However you are responsible for any permits or fees required by local authorities. We will gladly provide proof of our insurance or any documents needed to secure your permit. You are responsible for securing parking for our trailer. We need at least 60ft of space to park (6-8 parking spots).
We’re based in Cross Roads, TX and serve the greater DFW metroplex with both local and extended service areas.
Yes, a travel surcharge applies if your location is more than 20 miles from us. See the breakdown below:
0–20 miles: No surcharge
21–30 miles: $40 travel fee
31–40 miles: $50 travel fee
41–50 miles: $70 travel fee
